Creative Sales Company is located in beautiful Columbia Falls, Montana, just a few miles away from Glacier National Park. We produce injection molded products in a range of sizes, to a variety of industries, including hardware, sporting goods, general merchandise, automotive and industrial markets, but we welcome the opportunity to work in any industry.

Our company was founded by Gary Byers in 1979, out of the desire and drive to make a product that helped others ? an easy-to-use knife sharpener. The Byers' Brand of products was created to market this product, and is still going strong today. Since that time we have expanded our brand to include a range of other popular products, such as the Big Bobber Floating Cooler. Though our product lineup has changed and evolved through the years, we remain committed to manufacturing only quality items, hand assembled right here in America.

In 2012, we launched the Pro-Defense brand to bring to market an innovative new self defense product, the F4 Tactical rail-mounted pepper spray system. This system was expanded to include The Defender, a revolutionary self defense platform utilizing the F4 Tactical as the basis for a complete, multifaceted self defense system. We have also produced a line of tactical rifle accessories and accessories for the defender, as well as a tactical-oriented line of sharpeners and other various tactical products.

Everyone here at Creative Sales Company values putting in an honest day's worth of hard work, the way so much of America was built. We feel that Made in the USA means doing things right, doing things honestly, and caring about those around you.

How do you know the products you have listed are Made in the USA?
Before including products in our database we review the advertiser’s website and/or contact them to ascertain the origin of their products. Some advertisers sell both Made in USA products and foreign ones. Therefore we highly recommend you review FAQ 2.

We immediately investigate any complaints regarding deceptive Country of Origin claims. If we determine an advertiser's claim is not truthful we will immediately remove the product/s from our database and suspend our relationship with the Company making the claim.

To document your complaint, email us by using our Contact Us page. We can only respond to complaints that have been submitted in writing.

What does Made in USA mean?
There is no law requiring most products to be labeled Made In USA, or have any other disclosure about the amount of U.S. content. However, for job creation purposes (see our Big Secret tab), if you have a choice between an imported product and one with no country of origin on its label, choose the product without a country of origin over the imported one. This is true because the product without the country origin on its label has at least some American labor in its content and the imported one most likely does not.
