Polly grew up in Georgetown, Kentucky, and graduated from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia. After college she moved to New York City and began a career in the music industry, working at both Radio City Music Hall and EMI Records. She later moved to Premier Talent Agency where she helped promote tours for some of the industry's biggest acts, including The Pretenders, Van Halen, and U2. Polly Singer, Couture Hats and Veils ? in 2003. Polly's style is a mix of Bluegrass tradition and New York elegance. Always having been a fan of Audrey Hepburn's classic and timeless elegance, Polly's designs harken back to the days of classic elegance. Working by hand with only the finest materials, Polly regards each of her hats as an individual work of art. Clients come from all over the world to work with Polly in her studio.
