The Tip is 'City Magazines' I was in the magazine section recently and saw the Indianapolis Monthly. The cover title read "Made In Indiana." I read the article and was amazed that all sorts of things were being made in the state. This is contrary to what most American's believe. Most of us think everything is made overseas. We still make the majority of what we consume and our buying tips we call Little Secrets help you realize that. Being from Indiana, I decided to visit several of the referenced web sites and I am proud to say I have purchased some of the best products ever. All thanks to the "City Monthly Magazine". Buying Tip Continued - Read more on Made in America Products by Vermont Flannel We're a family-owned business - a husband and wife team. Working with a committed team of employees, we have been hand-cutting and sewing most Vermont Flannel products at our East Barre, Vermont, location for more than 20 years. We're dedicated to comfort and feel confident our dedication is evident in each piece of Vermont Flannel clothing we sew. We hope you'll enjoy Vermont Flannel clothing as much as we do. At Vermont Flannel our flannel is yarn dyed first and then woven to our specifications. Vermont Flannel is a tighter weave than most other flannels. Therefore it does not shrink like regular flannel. It has a shrinkage rate of about 3-5%. That is why Vermont Flannel products look great and offer the same comfortable fit wash after wash. We brush our Vermont flannel on both sides. Brushing flannel on both sides helps guarantee Vermont Flannel feels ultra soft, on the inside and out. We make this extra effort because your comfort is important to us. We want you to enjoy the softest flannel possible. Vermont Flannel products are hand-cut and sewn in the U.S.A. We personally oversee the fabrication of each product to guarantee the quality meets our high standards. We sew our products with more stitches per inch and bar tack all products at stress points for added strength. All Vermont Flannel products are safety stitched for extra strength. We're dedicated to comfort and quality, and that's why we remain committed to making our products in the U.S.A. |
