Our Morse Drive facility has expanded from the original 10,000 square ft to its' current 42,000 square ft., and from the original 3 presses to 42 fully developed manufacturing cells. To support our continued growth, we are developing plans and space to add 6 more cells, for a total of 48. Press sizes range from 35 Tons to 400 Tons. Morse Drive is home to our entire administrative/ business development and engineering team. Bunsen Drive: The Next Generation: Lights Out Our Bunsen Drive facility, completed and launched on November 11, 2011, represents the next-generation of injection molding capability. The facility has been running 24/ 7/ 365 since our grand opening, molding and shipping over 400,000,000 defect free parts. The facility runs on a light-out basis. We believe it to be the finest facility of its' kind? anywhere! Engineering Resource Center: The Future. Design, Develop, Launch. We surveyed our customers in early 2012 to ask them for insights into how we could provide them additional value.
