The Tip is 'Shop where it's easy' I recently searched for a product online and for decided to include Made in USA in my search string. I was surprised to see all kinds of Made in USA products. These ranged from hand tools Made in USA to mountain bikes Made in USA. Why had I not thought of this before? Now, whenever I'm shopping online, the first thing I do is add 'USA Made' or 'Made in USA' to my search string. This website now makes searching for American made products even easier. It has thousands of US made products all being sold by the small American manufacturer. These Made in America companies employ over 40 MILLION Americans. If we buy more from them they will employ more of us. More Americans employed is a good thing. As an example, in the clothing category you are directly connected to all kinds of American apparel and accessories including: handbags made in USA, fabric made in USA, made in USA hats, made in USA clothing brands, Made in USA wallets and Made in USA watches. One of my favorite Made in America Secrets categories is grocery and gourmet foods. These Made in USA products range from jams and jellies to chips and salsa. One of my favorites is specialty marshmallows. I purchased some of these last Christmas and used them as stocking stuffers. My grandchildren loved them. Our Morse Drive facility has expanded from the original 10,000 square ft to its' current 42,000 square ft., and from the original 3 presses to 42 fully developed manufacturing cells. To support our continued growth, we are developing plans and space to add 6 more cells, for a total of 48. Press sizes range from 35 Tons to 400 Tons. Morse Drive is home to our entire administrative/ business development and engineering team. Bunsen Drive: The Next Generation: Lights Out Our Bunsen Drive facility, completed and launched on November 11, 2011, represents the next-generation of injection molding capability. The facility has been running 24/ 7/ 365 since our grand opening, molding and shipping over 400,000,000 defect free parts. The facility runs on a light-out basis. We believe it to be the finest facility of its' kind? anywhere! Engineering Resource Center: The Future. Design, Develop, Launch. We surveyed our customers in early 2012 to ask them for insights into how we could provide them additional value. The majority of our customers responded with the same answer: New product development and rapid prototyping capability. With that in mind, we launched the Engineering Resource Center (ERC) is late 2012. The results have been overwhelming, leading to the addition of a 3rd facility that, as of October 1, 2013, is the home of the Engineering Resource Center. What's Next? Growth, growth and more growth!
