The Tip is 'Where They're Proud' I recently saw an ad in our local newspaper for a big box home improvement store. Their newspaper ad had USA made products and American flags all over it. Several weeks later, I checked the ad again and sure enough they were still advertising their American made products. It was obvious they are proud to carry products Made in America. Their competitors made no mention of things Made in America. I have been to this store and asked what products are made in the USA? A clerk told me they primarily carry imports. Obviously they are not proud. I now realize you can buy many Made in the USA building supplies, including tools Made in USA and appliances Made in USA., in stores that are proud to carry brands Made in the USA. Here is another example of a store proudly carrying products Made in the USA. I was shopping for men's shoes in a local department store when I tried on three different pairs of shoes. I couldn't decide which pair I wanted so I went out on a limb and asked the clerk, "Are these shoes imports?" The salesman said "yes they are" so I asked, "Do you have any Made in America shoes like these?". To my surprise he said, with GREAT PRIDE, "yes sir, we have a whole line of Made In USA shoes". He brought me the same color and style with the Made in USA label. These Made in America shoes were less expensive, came with a better warranty, and were more comfortable. Looking for companies that are PROUD is simple and can have a great impact on our country. I encourage you to try this some time- just ask. National Tank Outlet will always contact our customers with shipping charges before proceeding with an order. National Tank Outlet Order Cancellation Policy: NTO customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they will be charged with a $50 order processing fee. If a customer cancels an order after the tank has shipped, they will be charged our standard 25% restocking fee and any freight charges from time of shipment. Depending on the product the restocking fee could be up to 50% or not returnable. Shipping Policy It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments before accepting and signing clear on Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt. Customer's are also responsible for unloading any shipment. Damages/Claims It is extremely important for the receiver of a shipment to inspect and note any damages of a delivery. All orders are inspected at the point of origin to make sure there is no damage when shipped. Once our tanks are turned over to the carriers, damage can occur. Once the receiver inspects the product and signs the Proof of Delivery/Bill of Lading that the tank or product is clear of damage, National Tank Outlet will not be responsible for damage done to the tank. At this point the customer/receiver will accept all responsibility for the tank/product and will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier for the damage. If receiver does note damage of a shipment on the Bill of Lading, National Tank Outlet will gladly assist our customers. Transit Times National Tank Outlet works with our vendors to provide the best possible lead times for our customers. There are some situations that National Tank Outlet cannot control, such as: fire, flood, strike, or other labor difficulty, acts of God, act of any governmental authority or of the purchaser, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities from usual sources or due to any other cause beyond reasonable control. In the event of delay in performance due to any such cause, the date of delivery will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay. National Tank Outlet cannot guarantee or ensure that any shipment can be made by any specific time or date.
