The Tip is 'Teach Grandchildren' One day, while I was on the Made In America Secrets site my granddaughter noticed and asked me what I was doing. I told her about the Big Secret and as I explained, she began to ask me more questions. After several minutes she left my office to play with her little sister. Months had gone by and until recently, I had forgotten about that moment. She was visiting again and I was talking to her about buying a custom printed T-Shirt. She immediately told me about a website that I could use to buy one. Wow I thought, she is only eight years old and already teaching me. The most amazing thing then happened, she said "Pops they sell Made In America T-Shirts". Thanks to her I purchased six custom Made In USA T-Shirts. Her name is Britton, she understands the Big Secret and I love it when she tells me her Little Secrets! Now she is ten and writing a screenplay called Mertastic. It is a story about a mermaid. Recently, she was visiting our house again and using my computer. She called me to come into my office and of course I came to her because that is what grandparents love to do. One of the reasons I love to be with her is because it is always interesting to see what she is up to. This time, she needed a mermaid tail for her movie, so we began to look around using Google. Her mother is a talented seamstress and will make the tail so we were looking for fabric that would be satisfy my granddaughter's vision of her mermaid tail. Once again we began to talk about Made in America and therefore started to investigate the country of origin of the fabrics she was considering. Because of that experience Made in USA fabric is now one of Made in America Secrets products. Thank you, Britton. Buying Tip Continued - Read more on Made in America Products by Kadco Our garden carts use the highest quality materials that are designed to withstand harsh environmental elements and abuse. Read on further to see specifically what we do that others don't. Buy a cart that is designed for a lifetime of use. Threaded Axles with a Lock Nut Our axles are made of high carbon steel with threads on them. We provide a lock nut to make sure the wheels on your cart stay there. Other manufacturers use cotter pins which eventually rust through causing bearing damage or the loss of a wheel. High Grade Polyethylene Tub Want a cart that will last a lifetime? Buy one that is made from materials that are made to last that lifetime. The fact is that wood rots, steel rusts, and fiberglass cracks. We carefully selected all the materials in our cart. We use polyethylene because it does not rust or rot and it has enough flexibility to prevent cracking when someone drops hard objects on it. The plastic tub of the Carry-It cart has ribbed sides and bottom for extra strength. The raised lip on the top and end of the tub is designed to carry large planter flats so they will not slide off your cart. Lightweight and Well Balanced You selected a cart over a wheelbarrow is because you are smart. You know that a cart is designed to distribute the load to the cart not to your arms. Don't defeat this advantage by purchasing a heavy cart. Our cart weighs 42lbs, it is lightweight when compared to wooden, steel, or fiberglass carts. The axle is well positioned so that you are pushing the cart not carrying the load. Zinc Coated Hardware and Frame for Rust Prevention The axle and hardware are zinc plated for protection from rust. The frame on the Carry-It garden cart is made from steel. This is not ordinary steel that has been galvanized, we use Allied brand Zinc Flo-coat tubing. This tubing is coated with zinc at the factory as the tubing is being roll-formed. The tubing is then given a clear coat on top of the zinc for added corrosion resistance and finish. Holds Liquids You'll find more uses for your dock cart when you realize that it can hold up to 50 gallons of liquid with it.
