We at Bear Foot Honey Farm treasure our bees, their work ethic and the wonderful products they produce. Honeybees are fundamental to our diverse environment as they pollinate our crops and flower gardens while keeping our ecosystem balanced.
As third generation beekeepers, we take great pride in our little girls (the honeybees). We show this love in the care we give the girls and they reciprocate by providing us some of the most uniquely exquisite pure, raw, gourmet honeys available. There is nothing nobler than to give back to these hard-working honey bees.
Not all the honeys are the same! Honey is a natural sugar alternative with no additives that is easy on the stomach, and has an Indefinite shelf life. We never know what we will get from year to year as weather plays a significant role in the honey harvests.

Our honey is harvested from our hives that have been purposefully placed in fields of blackberry, clover, raspberry, or seasonal wildflowers, or groves of apples, or oranges, to name but a few.
When visiting our tasting room you experience over 15 different varietals of Raw & Creamed Honeys and we often introduce new varieties to tempt your palate. From delicate and fragrant to full-bodied and robust, our honeys will dance seductively on your tongue.
We endeavor to Educate Not Mutilate, which allows you to taste honey that has the pure color, flavor, and texture cultivated by the varieties of pollens and nectar's that our bees forage.
We retain these qualities and all the nutrients by making sure that our honeys are always unpasteurized, unfiltered, unprocessed, & unblended. We then use centrifugal force to extract the honey from the frames, allowing us to present some of the finest honeys that our family have been producing for three generations.

How do you know the products you have listed are Made in the USA?
Before including products in our database we review the advertiser’s website and/or contact them to ascertain the origin of their products. Some advertisers sell both Made in USA products and foreign ones. Therefore we highly recommend you review FAQ 2.

We immediately investigate any complaints regarding deceptive Country of Origin claims. If we determine an advertiser's claim is not truthful we will immediately remove the product/s from our database and suspend our relationship with the Company making the claim.

What does Made in USA mean?
There is no law requiring most products to be labeled Made In USA, or have any other disclosure about the amount of U.S. content. However, for job creation purposes (see our Big Secret tab), if you have a choice between an imported product and one with no country of origin on its label, choose the product without a country of origin over the imported one. This is true because the product without the country origin on its label has at least some American labor in its content and the imported one most likely does not.
